Ayelet works with couples and individuals, with a goal of arriving at confidence and contentment in their lives. She does this by centering the values that drive one's choices, trauma healing, couples relational work, re-training of habits and nervous system, and somatic awareness.

With strong musical and artistic inclinations, Ayelet can integrate live music and art into the therapy for those who find the creative channels the most receptive to healing work.
