PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES

Welcome. I am glad you're here.
As a Clinical Psychologist, Couples Therapist through the Gottman Institute, Ketamine (Psychedelic) Assisted Psychotherapy trained through Polaris Insight Center, mindfulness meditation teacher through the Integrative Restoration Institute, advanced 800-hour yoga teacher, and folk herbalist, Ayelet works to create bridges between mind and body therapies.
Ayelet has fifteen years of counseling experience. Former Founder and CEO of Oasis Therapy Center, a mental health clinic with locations spanning the Bay Area, Ayelet has worked with hundreds of clients. Additionally, Ayelet has served as a consultant and supervisor to licensed therapists in a variety of clinical settings, as well as served as a clinical supervisor at the Wright Institute to doctoral candidates. Ayelet received her BA from Columbia University and doctorate from George Washington University.
Ayelet works with individuals, couples, and families, with a goal of arriving at confidence and contentment in their lives. She does this by centering the values that drive one's choices, trauma healing, relational work, re-training of habits and nervous system, and somatic awareness.
With both corporate and non-profit organizational and management experience, Ayelet specializes in working with highly successful professionals and the unique challenges they face, both in the spheres of work and personal life. Many of Ayelet's clients are executives and managers in tech struggling with imposter syndrome, burnout, questions centering on purpose and joy, mid-life crisis/awakening, relational challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or personality/management challenges (whether it is managing up, down, or sideways).
Therapy with Ayelet will address both the practical and existential facets contributing to the obstacles you face, so that real, permanent change is possible. Ayelet is highly organized and sessions are structured so that you can meet your goals manageably and efficiently. Ayelet prioritizes the empowerment of her clients, sharing notes and many resources documenting exercises and tools she teaches so that clients can build their own toolboxes. Additionally, the meeting cadence and structure is tailored uniquely to each client, so as to support each person's individual needs.
And for those with strong musical and artistic inclinations, Ayelet can integrate live music and art into the therapy for those who find the creative channels the most receptive to healing work.
